I'm tired of tired of the upsell and the repeated requests of South Coast Toyota to purchase my car (and sell me a new one). Trying to sell a package of subsequent service is a desperate effort to retain customers. Trying to buy my car each time I get service is annoying to the point of harassment. KNOCK IT OFF!
Your waiting room is dismal and uncomfortable. Your price for an oil change and tire rotation is much higher than at my service station. The one thing that used to make the experience pleasant was that you washed my car after servicing it and I got a clean car back. Now you do not.
There was nothing pleasant about this service experience and no reason to keep coming back. SOUTH COAST TOYOTA service ****. I am done with you folks.
