Nothing was done, my toyota care service that was prepaid was still used. No oil change even though last oil change was performed 6k miles ago, horrible job.

See when you are buying a car at your dealership mainly the guy at finance wanted to sale you the car and wherever he can than when he offering you the extent warranty, he mentioned covers everything but not this and this and bla bla bla but he time you want to fix some problem es with the car they want to send you to Honda dealership to fix your car problems but what the guy from finance never mention than when is not a Toyota that you just go to the Honda dealership and other than that with you guys want to charge for diagnosis issues with your car and if the car will stay longer than e day they used to offered you a cat but now even the employees are diferente which mean your employee turn over is high which mean you don’t have happy employees coz they may pass for long time; anyway, will be the first time and last time to make business w ya adios

Not becuase my brother n law works there, kudos to Adrian Castañeda! But the service is impecable and excellent service each time. I'm appreciative and grateful for South Coast Toyota. Much better service than Toyota of Cerritos.

Everything was fine until the very end of my experience when I was trying to retrieve my car. Originally they gave me an orange ticket for a Tundra truck instead of my Toyota Corolla. The front desk needs more experience and training as far as I am concerned. Everything else was still okay. Thank you!
