I was told I didn’t need Brakes then I showed up at the dealer and they had replaced the brakes and also replaced the back shock which bwas covered under the extended warranty Next time I would appreciate a phone call to let me know that they’re going to replace my brakes prior to them doing the work because I was told it wasn’t the brakes, but it was the left rear shock that was the problem

I called 5 hours after I had left my car at south coast Toyota and they had no record of my car being there. I had to give my name and number several times and they said they didn’t know where my car was. The person on the phone said they would look for my car and call me back. They never called me back so I went to South Coast Toyota to find my car. When I got there, they did not have any record of my car. I was very concerned. After asking around they finally found my car. The whole experience was very unorganized and frustrating.

I have been with Richie since I brought my RAV4 in for service. He is really. Helpful when I need an answer and when I do bring my car in for service, it is always done professionally - no hassle. He also make a point to call me (not text) if there is additional service that is needed to be done on my car. I am really happy working with Richie.

My tires were not rotated when I asked for tire rotation so I’m confused what I was charged for and I called and the lady said an oil change would be $76 but I got charged $126 by raymond
