Excuse was a battery issue, the Batteries not even three years old.

Raymond helped me out by calling to see if I could get my second key today, now that I’ve owned the car for six months. The answer was no, it had to be special ordered and would cost me $450, but at least he gave me an answer.
Everything else went smoothly. The car was just in for its six month service.

Pedro was great, however the person who drives the shuttle was very disrespectful and rude. I will hopefully NEVER have to use the shuttle again
