Every time I bring my car in for its checkup the attendants are very cordial and when finished very good about informing me about everything they checked. Apparently they did fibd a problem with the Battery which they replaced at no charge. Also the driver that took me back and forth was very polite too.
I was greeted and treated very respectfully and courteously by your receiving staff, and I was very satisfied with Mr. brito’s explanation about the process that would transpire in the service that I would receive. Thank you

I had an appointment and stephanie told me this service that i requested takes one hour or one & half hours and i end up waiting 2hours & 30 minutes. If i knew this ahead of time i could make a plan to take care of some personal issues.
Person on phone who booked my apptmt guarantees the service people will answer my questions about the car. I get there and not only 2 at government the manager all are annoyed I am asking these questions. I was very, very disappointed. I told the manager, "No forget it... don't do me any favors. "
Instead of being grateful for customers, they are only looking for a paycheck.

The service was outstanding and I was glad they took me without an appointment, however, after getting home, I could see that there were several small dents on the outer top of my roof on the passenger side right where the roof rack mounting points are. I tried to call a dent remover, but he said he couldn’t get it fixed with his glue.
I could use some help.
