I really believe that South Coast Toyota is the best dealership in Orange County. I have never been in their Service Department without a welcoming attitude and professionalism. They do it right!

I had a very very hard experience with Toyota corporate. I bought a car that is basically a lemon. I have been Ford dealerships. JASON has been the only person who has actually sat down, taking the time to listen to me. If it weren’t for him, I’m not sure that they would’ve replace the head unit in my car. Everyone keeps shuffling me off. I have a horrible person that I work with at the corporate level. Kevin actually stepped in and help me yesterday. I actually started crying in front of everybody in your parking lot. Kevin and JASON were so nice to me. If Toyota help me, I will come and get a car from you guys because you guys are the nicest people. I just want you to know that the people on our stuff really are the nicest people ever. I can’t say enough nice things about them Bobby Reuben , Stephanie, kevin and especially JASON my car isn’t fixed and I’m sure I’ll have to be back. I’m hoping that I find another way to resolve my issues but I do have to come back. I hope that they’ll continue to work with me again. I’m sorry your dealership for any inconvenience. This car has caused or any behaviors that I may have had. I’ve been very frustrated Customer but I do thank you for everything.

I called several times to book this appointment and made it pretty clear that I was having some issues with the computer, whereby the Apple play randomly will disconnect and the screen will go black ever since purchasing the vehicle. I was informed the service service would take 90 minutes, but may possibly take longer as they look into this computer issue. They had my car ready less than an hour, even though I had already booked an Uber, assuming it was going to take at least an hour and a half! When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it was extremely confusing and they never even looked at the computer! Luckily, I caught Bobby who said he was going to call me to discuss it, but I have yet to hear back.

Rich and the South CoastToyota Team were fantastic as always! Always worth the drive they have my service done with South Coast Toyota!!! Where they can improve, I highly recommend updating the service waiting area. It would be great if there were workstation pods available. Secondly, the TV is always way too damn loud! The tables, the chairs, the couch are all updated and uncomfortable to do any type of productive work while waiting for my vehicle:

Ana is the reason I drive from Corona to Costa Mesa every time ai need service done on my vehicle. She’s always friendly, honest and personable. I will be a customer as long as I own a Toyota.
