Stephanie was fantastic. Did everything I asked for in a reasonable amount of time and I even got a car wash.
I started 2:30, waited till 5:30pm. Followed up with Ana,around 4pm, she said it’s almost done and her people will go to me at the lobby. After that she was gone! 4:40pm followed up with another service girl and said thesame thing. 5:15 I accidentally walked by the side of the office where I saw my car and told them that’s my car, turned out it’s been sitting there for who knows how long and had to wait 3 hours. They apologized and only charged me for the filter, it was just a simple change oil. I always go there for my change oil for years now and never have to wait that long so I knew something was wrong, car was ready I would think as early as 4pm and nobody wondered whose was the car . Sad thing is if I didn’t see it I will her waiting , I think somebody must have thought it’s a drop off and will be picked up next day. Ana wasn’t very helpful and definitely not a cheerful service person. Kudos to the service guys inside who did my change oil they did their job well but not Ana and the I believe the manager whom I spoke to and knew what I was complaining about didn’t even bother to check

Having recently spent thousands of dollars on service at the dealership, when my car required many days, no loan car was available. Also, while I cannot prove anything, I am convinced that some repairs were incomplete and that required return visits and more days of service, all of which required my paying much more in addition to the previous costs. While the dealership claimed to offer several thousand dollars, I still paid thousands.
Ray was fine, but I would face appreciated more frequent text updates so that I didn’t have to initiate inquiries.
Still pulls to the right. I’m taking it back in for a second alignment.

Your service dept person told me I could come down to have my tire pressure checked. When I arrived, a service dept person showed me there was no tire symbol displayed on the dashboard meaning my tire pressure was not low. I maybe should have known that but the service dept person could have also told on the phone before I drove to your service dept. No big deal!! Thank you.
