Ana Ochoa did a great job in contacting the warranty company and getting the repairs done as soon as possible. She does an excellent job in keeping me Ip to date and helping the repair process to move quickly.
I was called in to pick up my 2nd key for my nee Tundra. I even rescheduled the appointment for the following week because I was out of town. I took a day off work and went to my appointment only to be told the key was not available and i would need to return the next day. This resulted is the waste of a vacation day and hours of my time.
I am a little disappointed. I was told I was going to get a car wash after my service. My truck was NOT clean. If the only visible part of the truck isn’t how they said it was going to be, how am I to trust all the other tasks I paid for were tended to with quality and care!? I also dropped my truck off at 8:30 am and received it back at 5pm. That’s a long time to not do a good job just on the wash? My service was $738, I just would expect a better job for that amount of money. My tire pressure was all over the place as well.
This has nothing to do with Anna, she was great!
This is about your processes. Never, should only one person have access to a vehicle’s status. A customer should be able to call and get a status update from anyone.
Yesterday, I called around 1 pm when my car should have been complete to get a status update. The gentleman on the phone could not tell me the status of my car and kept telling me the only person who could do that was Anna, who was busy.
It’s just a bad process that could easily be rectified.

I dropped off my truck for a routine maintenance at 1pm and it took till the next day for my truck to be available for pick up. Very inconvenient and frustrating for my Saturday obligations.
