It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and 1.75 hours to install a new battery.

Overall Richie was very kind and helpful when addressing the problems with my car. However, when Toyota was trying to reach me about my car assessment being done I was in a very important work video call that I was personally leading. I purposefully had my phone on do not disturb, yet was called so many times by Toyota with barely a second in between calls that it broke through my do not disturb setting and interrupted my meeting as I continuously was ending the call instantly and had no time to even put down my phone before the next call was coming in. I was called over 5 times from two numbers within just a few seconds. This was very upsetting to me and the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had from a Toyota dealership. I just wanted to flag this issue so that in the future the same thing is not done to someone else. Chances are, if someone does not answer the first few calls, they are busy and will not answer a call one second later, especially in the middle of working hours Hoping this will be fixed for future customers so they don’t have the same experience as me.

When i visit drove up no other customers another service advisor came and bypassed by to go onther customer. Then i guess that was Stephanie tthat came out.
Stephanie was patient and knowledgeable. I had to ask her a same question multiple times, and she answered with patient and care. Thank you for not being annoyed with me. Good customer service there.

Raymond was perfectly nice, but I was told my air filter was dirty and would likely need to be replaced at the next service appointment. I just had that replaced during my appointment 2 months ago. I have to assume either the service wasn't performed that I paid for last time or that I was lied to at this appointment about the current condition. In either case I will likely be going elsewhere for future service appointments because I no longer trust your location.
I am having to question items on service order- I am having to call tomorrow to clarify . What happened to the service rep - telling you what they found or you need to be concerned about.
