Después de que checaron mi carro me dijeron que estaba listo me tocó esperar mucho tiempo a que me entregaran el carro , y según me lo lavaron y me lo dejaron más sucio de lo que estaba y muy mojado , eso no está bien! ????
I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday evening on 8/25 for oil change service. I also noted that my driver side lock sometimes doesn’t close all the way and asked to have it fixed. On Tuesday 8/27 at 2:10pm Ana contacted me to tell me that she just submitted a request for approval to order parts needed to fix the lock (after 2 days?!). I couldn’t be without a car for the 3rd day so I requested my car to be released back to me. When I picked up the car at 5pm, I was shocked to find out that not even oil change was performed on y car after 2 full days. I’m shocked and disappointed that Toyota dealership provides such substandard service.
Very communicative and friendly
I dropped the truck off just after two. The attendant told me it would be quick as it was a 5000mile service and they weren’t that busy. I walked back and arrived just after 4. Went to the payment desk and the truck wasn’t even registered in the system. Then had to wait another hour for the service to be completed. If I hadn’t just arrived I highly doubt my truck would have even been serviced. Usually the service is great and this is a one off but it was very frustrating
Ana was very friendly yet professional. I trust her advice regarding my 2023 Tundra. She is a credit for Souh Coast Toyota.
