The service was fine but when I reviewed the paperwork I received back there were two issues identified that needed action. This was not discussed with me when I received the car back and verbally it was indicated that everything looked good. So by the time I reviewed the report I was unable to ask questions about urgency and necessity to address these issues and if they are covered under warranty.

Quote was for $145. I was not notified of the increase to $222 until I went to pick up my keys. I will not return.

After dropping my Toyota 4 Runner for a day and half repair, on the second day know one returned my calls to see where I stood with repairs or when I could pick it up. Finally received a text( not a call after my 4 tries) at 7:30 in the evening to come down at 8:00 to pick up my car. An hour later receive my car with grease fingerprints on the hood and door handles. Next day car reacted the same and towed it back and once again know call back or information. This will be the he last I use Costa Mesa Toyota. After three purchases and multiple services.

Ana was a great help the service was great the only issue was the cost of servic. Labor should not cost double or even triple the price of a vehicle part especially if the repair takes less than 6 hours. The only reason we did not go all the way with the repairs is due to the labor costing about $500 and the part only costing $197 just make it make sense it shouldn’t cost that much.
