I am very satisfied with the service given to me by Richie Misa. I have been coming to So Coast for many years and I always ask for Richie. He takes excellent care of me every time I bring my car in for service. My 2014 Camry has been running great for ten years. Richie helps me to keep it running that way.
I appreciate being told I did not need a service that I thought I did, and however, she was able to squeeze me in for a full coolant flush today I appreciate that I was gonna wait till my hundred thousand mile service

The service was fine but when I reviewed the paperwork I received back there were two issues identified that needed action. This was not discussed with me when I received the car back and verbally it was indicated that everything looked good. So by the time I reviewed the report I was unable to ask questions about urgency and necessity to address these issues and if they are covered under warranty.
