Technician forgot to reattach radiator cable, which caused me to have to return to the dealership and likely could have damaged my vehicle if left uncorrected.
Service update not completed. No follow up. Wasn't. Cabin air filter clip broken and was never replaced. Still no call back.

Ana was fine. had issues with the shuttle service provided by South Coast Toyota. It was two hours late picking me up at South Coast Plaza. My car was done by noon as promised, though.
