They didn’t test the problem before recommending I buy a new $800 charger cable. When I asked if they had tested to see whether the problem was the car or the cable they then tested it and found the cable was fine.
So I saved myself $800 buy advising them how to do their jobs.
I appreciate you guys following up and letting me reschedule my oil change. Thanks again and I’ll see you in a few months.

Great service only thing I would say was the estimated wait time for my vehicle was an hour more than expected which I would have like to known prior so I wouldn’t have to wait three hours at the dealership but other than that everything else was great!
