Went in and was astounded at how fast the service was completed, Richer was very helpful and knowledgeable and informative, I will definitely ask for him in my next service.
Loved the customer service. Received text message letting me lnow car was ready, was offered shuttle service, Francisco Cerda went above and beyond and helped me open a claim for a service that a different Toyota Center said they could do when I took the car back. I will be bringing my car back again!
Best customer service in the business. Appreciate the entire experience. Thank you to the service manager who introduced himself to the service agent who is kind and thorough and to the driver who drove me to my office and picked me up. Everything was a great experience.

Something new was recommended by Toyota and I was not told. I found out because I read my receipt.
Also there was a Bulge in my right front tire and your mechanic did not check my tires carefully.
I found out when I took my car to America's tires for rotation. Not happy about that!

My service guy was named Ray I believe. He was so kind and helpful. Please hire more people like him. Knowledgeable, patient and kind.
I brought my truck in for an oil change and to identify an issue where the air condition is leaking cold liquid on my feet while driving. The truck has 5300 miles on it. They were unable to identify where the liquid was coming from. When i came to pickup the truck, i had to wait while the service person searched my truck for 15 min trying to find where the card key was placed. On the way home, i called to complain about the terrible service, and left a voice mail asking for a callback. I didn't receive one. The lack of attention to detail and service there sucked. I regret buying the truck there.
Ana Ochoa was there before 8AM ready to help. She is very pleasant and confidant and explains the options and prices clearly. She was very helpful, returning calls promptly and helping with the transportation/shuttle service.
They didn’t test the problem before recommending I buy a new $800 charger cable. When I asked if they had tested to see whether the problem was the car or the cable they then tested it and found the cable was fine.
So I saved myself $800 buy advising them how to do their jobs.
