Eric is an amazing service provider. He is so kind and personable. Eric was great with making me feeling comfortable and his assurance of care to my vehicle was promising. It’s very, very rare that I trust anyone with not overselling me things I don’t need, but I knew I could trust him. He didn’t pressure me and that means the world. As a young woman that knows not much about cars, getting service on a vehicle is always frustrating, but he streamlined the process and was an absolute joy to be around. I would recommend him to everyone!
And Ochoa is the Best. She has been my service person for over 15 years. I live in Los Angeles and I work in Costa Mesa. When my job ended in Costa Mesa I sad good by to the team. I really appreciated a thoroughly handled and very informative service that i've received from Ana! I still wish I went for the full service for my tires in breaks.But the price was a lot for my budget.But either way, I was satisfied with my five service plan!

One exception to my Yes: I had to ask for a copy of the recall completion as it was not shown on the invoice I received at check out. Ray
had a ppprintouman invoice of the recall serviced when I asked about it.
