Anna Ochoa is awesome! She is a straight shooter and looks out for the best interests of her customers in servicing their needs. I have worked with Anna for many years in servicing my Toyota TC Scion 2007. In addition, I like to give praise to the excellent leadership of Jon Levasseur, who I have known for many years. I completely trust his judgment and input on a recommendations regarding the servicing of my car. Jon provides excellent customer service to me and others and will always be truthful to me regarding my car needs. Both Jon and Anna are highly valuable assets to Toyota and clearly love working for Toyota because they deeply care about their customers, which is a rarity in dealing a dealership. Please do whatever it takes to continue to keep them happy and working for your company because they are irreplaceable assets. Lastly, I greatly appreciate all the Toyota technicians that have worked on my car over since 2007 and for keeping my car in great working order. Jon, Anna, and the Technicians all deserve standing ovation for the work they do for instilling trust in loyal customers including myself. Thank you!!!

Frank greeted me with kindness and was able to get my car in line for an unexpected tire issue. We quickly discovered 2 nails in the tire. I’m thankful that he was able to work me into the schedule so it could be taken care of quickly. Frank was personable, professional, knowledgeable and communicative.

Richie was very professional, polite and honest about estimated time for service. Your system was down and he was able to help me out as best he could. Let me know my vehicle would probably not be ready that weekend and said he would call Monday. He kept his word and reached out on time. Also let me know a part needs to be shipped and was honest about shipping period for delivery. Appreciated his help. Service was great on his end same as last time.
At some point someone’s ring or key scratched my steering wheel leather. Not a big deal but a bit of a bummer. I’m sure it was an accident.
Wait time was brutal today, but not much that can be done about that.

I'll be honest, I'm usually not a big fan of dealership service centers and tend to go elsewhere for better prices, but I really appreciated Eric.
With gas prices rising and everything being so expensive lately, Eric actually listened when I explained my situation. He was super reasonable with the quote and upfront about the service my car needed. That kind of honesty and transparency means a lot to me! No upselling, no games, just respect and good work.
Big thanks to Eric and the techs for taking care of my car and treating me fairly. It definitely changed my outlook on coming to the dealership for service!
I was thrown off by your business model. I took in my car for an oil change and use one of your coupons. I also had them change my air filter. I know I need an alignment so I said if I can also use the 15 percent coupon I had seen. I was told NO I can only use 1 coupon. I said wow so you mean I have to waste my time another day for you to honor the coupon. I was told sorry. I have been to several dealers and I can also use more the one coupon. They want my business and I like to save when I can. I feel like south cost does not want my business. You really want to have the customer come in serval days just to use one coupon at a time. Think of the waste of time not on of me but on the business when you could have took care of it all on one day. Like I said this is the only dealer that would let me use 2 coupons in same visit. Toyota of orange has no problem, freeway Honda has no issues. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
Just today. The service was to long for an Oil change. Frank cerda I give him 60% on customer service. be side good job.
