Service was great. Your porter was very friendly. Please bring back car washes. I don’t believe the state and city prevent it. There are a hundred car wash facilities in Costa Mesa. Figure out a way to recycle the water like they do and please bring back the car wash service. The luxury and convenience of that is one of the main reasons I bring it to you and pay more than getting an oil change elsewhere but with the car wash gone I may need to reconsider what I’m willing to pay for service.
Raymond Carrera is the best. He is very friendly, personable, and he takes the best care of us. We will continue to work with him. We loved ve when we meet someone like him always giving his best customer service.

They didn’t check the battery because they had said I had too much stuff in the back, but had they told me I could’ve helped them move it to the backseat. Time I’ve come there I’ve gotten a courtesy wash, but not this time.
