We appreciated that you were able to complete the job expeditiously late in the day, when we did not have an appointment and while we waited. Our “maintenance required” light came on while we were driving into Orange County, so we decided to address the maintenance issue while we were in the area rather than having to make a second trip.

So far no one followed up with my part that needed to be ordered
I just had my car washed prior to coming to my appt and when I hit my car there were water marks all over my front and back windshields. Not sure why when there are signs posted saying there are no more car washes during the appts. I know this sounds minor but it’s frustrating. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years.

I dropped my car off at 11:45a Saturday. The employee said he would give me a call, but by 8p I never got any calls. They are closed on Sundays so I won’t have my car for almost 48 hours and have no update about whether my car was done or is ready to be picked up tomorrow
ANA WAS AND IS ALWAYS WARM AN WELCOMING TO ME. WHEN I BRING IN MY CAR FOR SERVICE. SHE ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE WE ARE HAPPY WITH MY CAR.
