The waiting lounge is not ideal for clients needing to use a laptop and work from the lounge while waiting for their service. The lounge chairs are paired with work height tables and are too awkward to use. The benches along the walls, while have power, don’t have laptop tables and are hard as a rock.
I was quoted 1.5-2 hours for an oil change/inspection. I was there for 3.75 hours.
The service team wasn’t able to recreate the noise I was hearing but as soon as I got home, I heard it.

I was informed that I hadn’t had an alignment and refused one in the past. I checked with Pasadena Toyota and their records show I paid for an alignment @ 29k mile service. I just want to communicate the lapse in information no shade intended

We appreciated that you were able to complete the job expeditiously late in the day, when we did not have an appointment and while we waited. Our “maintenance required” light came on while we were driving into Orange County, so we decided to address the maintenance issue while we were in the area rather than having to make a second trip.
