The first time I spoke with a service advisor I was told that I wasn’t eligible for a loaner car while mine was being in shop for recalls. I said that I needed a car and they said no so I said I’ll take it else where. The day after I was called by another service advisor and was told I could get a loaner so we scheduled the same day. The first service advisor said I couldn’t get a loaner after he found out what year vehicle I had. Odd, that first service advisor doesn’t give loaners for older vehicle owners. Stephanie was excellent. Thank you.

No one goes over with me about my tires condition as requested or what’s needed to be done after the inspection. This has always been my experience with SouthCoast Toyota. I was only handed a paper at the Cashier check out when done.
