Said I was staying around for my car and was told the service would take about 90 minutes and that your rep would text me and then come by for me when it was done. Took a bit under the 90 minutes and he followed through with the steps he said he would so everything went fine.

If it's possible to place my floor mat in the trunk next time, and not in the backseat where it starts to get folded and loose its shape. If I need to take them out before coming to maintenance then just let me know and I will help out.

She was not prompt in letting me know the status of my car, I had to call to find out. When I picked up the car, she was not there to let me know the suggestions on my car. Also my car was not washed. Usually with other representatives I get better service and all of the above.

Ray went out of his way to make sure I was handled with care. He communicated everything very clearly and was incredibly friendly. This has been a big change for me as I was with Mercedes for 16 years and I was thrilled to have Ray as my first experience with Toyota in service.

Thank you South Coast for taking care of my 2001 4Runner. It’s required a lot of attention recently replacing major components and runs like the 1st day I drove it off the lot new in November of 2000. Ana is great! Love this truck. ????

I’ve had my previous Venza Serviced there many times and you always washed the exterior after it was service. This new Venza did not get the wash, which I was looking forward to. Has that policy changed?
