Ana Ochoa was great.My only problem was with the shuttle ride back to South Coast Toyota.I was told it would take 1/2 to 1 hour to have an available shuttle pick me up.No problem.its11:45 I thought.1 1/2 hours latter no shuttle.I call and was told a shuttle would be coming for me in a lite while
STILL NO SHUTTLE. I call again and leave I CALL again and leave a message
I call again and contact the operator who relayed the message to the cashier, who called the shuttle driver
.This is now 3:45.I finally get the shuttle around 4
