I wish Francisco would’ve updated me before he left for the day. I would say it was difficult when I first met him because I was frustrated with Toyota app and Apple CarPlay, which Toyota is doing a horrible job interfacing.

I didn’t find Frank to be very helpful when approaching the situation I was experiencing with my vehicle. His response to the issue at hand was repetitive and unhelpful. His solution ended up being incorrect after all. He was also dishonest regarding a “fix” to the vehicle after asking two separate times. He didn’t have the answers I was looking for, nor did he showcase the effort to find them. I appreciated the service manager’s assistance as well as the technician’s attention- they were both kind and patient in helping me figure out how to best proceed in resolving my concerns.
I have been bringing all our Toyota vehicles for the last 35 years. Ana Ochoa always provide excellent support n services as well as other support crew. Sid Calub

My service advisor , Stephanie, was really quite rude and did not inform me when my car was ready. When I went to look for her after 2.5 hours (I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours)she was busy and another employee let me know it was done. I’m not sure how long it sat there. She met us and said she had called me but there were no missed calls on my phone. I had been sitting in waiting the whole time and had told her I would be waiting. I have had some really great experiences and some not so great. Since my car is out of warranty, I may look for another service provider. I don’t need to sit and wait for hours.
Raymond was willing, available and ready to help me and in all my visit to your dealer, the only person who text me the status of my car.

Yes, impeccable, customer, service, and efficiency! However, I am still hearing the vibration at low levels of acceleration in the car; this is something I’m going to have to examine for a little while longer and give a more vivid description, I fear that I’m going to have to take this to the next level! Essentially, that means allowing you folks to maybe confer to Toyota at a higher level of dealing with this issue! Please could you get back to me on this and we can discuss it!
