Fail to clean the car after the service, usually you guys always wash the vehicle without asking.
Great customer service, but the loaner vehicle was not clean. I only noticed the trash closely after I had left the dealership to go to work. There was trash and dirty slippers left in the vehicle from whoever used it last. I later cleaned and vacuumed the car myself. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else. Thanks.

Honestly, I am so glad with the service I received today from John. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, and I truly felt valued as a customer. The last two times I came in for service, I didn’t receive the best customer service from the representatives, which was disappointing. Came in to specifically get my tires rotated and warranty items fixed. My tires were ultimately not rotated and no one contacted me about getting new tires or addressing the alignment. So I need to bring the truck back to get them items addressed.
