Have been coming to South Coast for years to have my Highlander serviced and always try to get Ana as she always does her best to solve my problem. She is a fantastic employee and a credit to the dealership !
My 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait was 3 hours. I signed up for shuttle that never came, or no one called for me. I was never contacted that my car would take longer than 2 hours. I had to call Service to find out what the issue was. I felt forgotten. Another customer also was waiting longer and never got the shuttle?

I have been having trouble with my ASB cord/connection for a while now and the service department can’t seem to find the problem. The said my cord (cable that came with my car when I purchased it) was a low voltage cord and that could be the problem. I don’t blame the staff or techs, but it would be nice if I could get that fixed. I even have a video of it happening.
Also, my car wasn’t washed after it was serviced.
Other than that, the service was great
He is such a thoughtful and helpful person. So great !
