Always get exceptional service from Stephanie and her team. She keeps me updated with any service issues that may need to addressed.
I initially was feeling good about her abd then everything changed once she said my car was ready. Its a long story and I talked to the floor manager Bob or Bobby Tday 2/1. I was very disappointed w the customer service that she gave.
Christian went above & beyond. Kept me informed every step of the way. I did not feel cheated like my previous 2 visits at Tustin Toyota. I will be coming to South Coast Toyota for all my toyota corolla needs
Francisco was very helpful listening to my issue. He discovered that I was behind on a service which needed to be completed. Francisco followed up with me stating more time as the team couldn’t locate the issue. On the final followup, Francisco stated the issue was found but will have to reschedule as a part needed to be ordered. He was professional and thorough with his followup.

2 hours became 4 hours on my scheduled appointment. Then they kept my key at their facility and now I'm stuck taking an hour of my time to retrieve it. What a waste of my time

Unfortunately there was no previous notice that you guys stopped car wash during the free service period. Also there were lots concern registered in the work log by default which I didn't enter or reported.
Overall it is disappointing the quality of service.
