Solve my queries regarding the car operation that I addressed. There are only 2 of them: 1) bearing hum from the engine side at low revs. This is the main query that I addressed. It was not even indicated in the report. 2) the driver's seat spontaneously drops down while driving. I have to regularly raise it with a lever during the day.
While everything went well yesterday, service was prompt and the car seems to be working better, I also recalled that when I purchased the Prius the end o August last year from Bill Mcquown, I was told I would receive a SECOND key along with the one I received when I picked up the car. Now, five months later, I still have not received the back-up key. This is not the responsibility of the service department, I realize, but it certainly IS the responsibility of South Coast Toyota dealership.

Raymond was very professional and helpful. The service time seemed excessive and made it challenging for me to get on with my day (~4hrs for a tire rotation and oil change). The estimate I was given was 2-2.5 hrs.

Loved the detail cleaning with my seal agent, my car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it. The team was able to do both seal and service that day, very grateful I didn’t have to make a separate visit.
I moved to Laguna a couple years back and still choose to come to South Coast for my servicing because it’s always a good visit every time. The team is very communicative and efficient. I don’t know if they under promise and over deliver, but my car is always finished before the time they told me.
