1)My vehicle wasn’t washed after service which you guys used to do. We pay a lot of money to service our vehicles, it would be nice to have a clean vehicle to pick up.. it’s those little things like that that make a difference.
2) The shuttle only runs until 4-4:30pm so if my vehicle was ready for pick up after that time and I need a ride back to the dealership, I wouldn’t be able to do that. My opinion, it needs to run until closing unless you know for sure no one needs it.

My car there for over a month- very frustrating for me. But Ray delivered a loaner right away which eased the anxiety and inconvenience of it. Cost was astronomical and maybe not worth it. Don’t know yet
