I was informed about third row safety recall issue after I went to pick up my vehicle. Certainly worried about putting my newborn in third row now. Service rep didn’t even try to hear my frustration and kept saying that issue should be brought to Toyota and not her since she is not part of Toyota.
It was surprising to hear that Toyota dealers don’t represent brand itself. Had I known about this type of customer service, I wouldn’t have bought vehicle from any dealer.

Very unsatisfied. I left my car there over night to get a regular oil change and to check a leak. I asked if they think it would be a good idea to change out the spare tire for one of the tires that was very bald. He said no problem. When I can back the next day to get my car (after I got the text it was ready) it had the spare on with no rim and the handles inside were still off. I asked Frank why it was like that and he said I did what you asked. I asked him why the rim was not on the fourth tire and he said I didn’t ask him to do that. I said I would not drive around with a tire with just bolts and he solved the problem by putting the old tire back on. ??????? waited an additional 1.5 hours for that.

The service that the team did was good, but the service took over 5 hours and was only completed because I called twice to make sure it was done by the end of the day even though I dropped off my truck at 11am. They are so accommodating so I hate to say it, but it took a long time today.
Ana was great and kept me informed the entire time which is important to me. Her ability to communicate the process along the way, and the dedicated mechanics is why I will continue using this dealership for all of my service needs.

I picked up the car today and I was disappointed to see the car had not been washed like I remember it was the first time I took my 4Runner into South Coast Toyota. Additionally, someone manually opened my automatic folding mirrors, which is not good for the motors. I found this out when I got home and they did not function as they normally do. They aren’t broken, but it certainly left me with a bad feeling about servicing my 4Runner at South Coast Toyota.
I arrived 7am sharp Raymond was there to help me immediately, he made the process smooth and fast, he also answered questions I had as well as gave me quotes to purchase another packet as I was on my last service, I’m very satisfied with my visit!
