Came in on Monday to replace flat tire. Told me Had to be ordered. Came back on Friday to replace. Was told old tire could be repaired complimentary. Then called back to say never mind tire needs to be replaced but service closed so make another appt come back another day. Ridiculous. Then came after work 7pm to pick up car and told couldn’t take my car back. Wasted time.

I experience at the dealership was great. When I made the appointment. However, the call center said that I would only have to wait about 90 minutes and that was not the case. I don't think the call center should give time estimates because it's pretty clear that they don't know what the actual wait times are going to be.
