My air tag was tampered with so in the future I will have to remove the car key from my key holder. I stated tampered with because the air tag was incorrectly placed back into its holder that I keep on my key holder. Not a big deal it just bothered me because it should not have needed to be taken out. And the wait time was over 3hrs but I was very very satisfied with being greeted almost promptly and Stephanie was exceptionally professional and friendly.

I scheduled a time for an oil change assuming it would be done at that time. It is not clear on your site that it is a drop off time and not a time to perform the service. I had a 12 pm appointment and the car was not done til around 3:30. I was told at the time of drop off it would be 2 1/2 hours which I was fine with but it still wasn’t done.

First off my service adviser Stephanie is amazing! What’s NOT amazing is when they brought my car out the guy opened the door and I didn’t notice what they did. I drove up the street to a store, when I exited my vehicle I see a few chunks out and paint scratched off and white marks on my door edge that were not there before! I immediately called Stephanie and drove right back to the dealership. I was absolutely furious seeing this on my almost $70,000 truck that I trusted South Coast Toyota with.
I have two other Toyota dealerships within 5 miles of my home, I bring it to South Coast (that’s way out of my way) because Stephanie is so great.
