Our service rep did a great job. I actually really appreciated him. I can’t remember his name. But I know he is Ray’s son. (We laughed about the office window saying he’d been there since 2001) He’s proud of his job and of his father which is a cool thing. He went above and beyond. Matt Thomson

Frank was very helpful in expediting my oil change. I came very late in the afternoon and I had only an hour to complete my service. Then help me with my phone to get connected with my car. I really appreciate it Angie

Stephanie was very thorough and thoughtful in her interaction with me. She remembered my name after having only met me once. She was very straightforward in her assessment of my vehicle and what needed to be done. She presented me with other opportunities for repairs in my vehicle but didn’t pressure me in to getting anything done.

Not Richie’s fault. Kaos during return of loaner and retrieval of serviced car. I requested that both key fobs have batteries replaced . I got my car with only one key fob. It took asking 3 people for second key fob, to no avail . One service advisor with customers making requests of him. I was told to move to a certain spot to wait my turn so he could help me search my car for the key fob. I may have gray hair but I’m no ding bat. After all that a young man came out to me holding my second key fob. Note to myself, don’t pick up car again late in afternoon
