Hi, After waiting 1.5 hrs, Ana messaged me that my car was ready but then sent another text and told me my tire had a nail. She said that she submitted a claim for the tire fix and it has been approved. I messaged her to ask how long will it take for the tire to be fixed because if it was a long wait,I was planning to go get lunch and come back when my car would be ready. she couldn’t tell me a time when I messaged her and I tried to call her twice and wasn’t able to reach her. After waiting about 50mins, I decided to go find her and right when she saw me, she said that there was a confusion and I didn’t have a nail in my tire but it was for another car. She then called and had the claim canceled. My appointment was at 10am and I left around 12:30pm. My car was serviced on Thursday and it didn’t seem busy so I am wondering how a confusion like this can occur. But I understand mistakes happen so I am not upset but it would have been nice if I didn’t have to stay an extra one hour and find out nothing was wrong with my car. Thank you

i didn’t know an oil change cost 108 dollars. that’s insane. when i said i’ll just get it done somewhere else the guy helping me out told me he’ll change the price to 70. i’ve gotten my oil change here before and it’s always been the same price so im not sure what warranted the sudden price hike and the “discount”
