Excellent job! Was in an out in no time!!
While checking the car in was ok, getting the car afterwards wasn't a smooth process. After paying, I gave the ticket to one of the staff members. About 5 min later, someone else comes wanting to look at my paperwork. He then tells me to wait about 2 feet further away around the corner. The first staff member then comes to ask me where my car is and I said I don't know, I'm just told to wait. She then says omg you don't know? Has it gone missing? You think someone took it? While it might have been a joke, it's highly inappropriate after waiting over 3 hours.
As usual I was treated with respect, professionalism and efficiency
Only question is if my tires were rotated? It was mentioned on the service ticket.
I did share I was surprised at the fading of the color of driver’s seat. My last car I had for six years and it didn’t fade that much. This car is only two years old.

Very disappointed to hear that Toyota has discontinued the complimentary car wash with service. Lexus, BMW & Mercedes, et. al., still continues their complimentary car washes. Please bring it back! Customers deserve this small appreciation!
All good, but her attitude could have been a little more helpful and cheerful. Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows but it affected her mood and that’s not cool.
Raymond was very welcoming, informative, and provided excellent advice. He followed up with a phone call and detailed explanation after service was completed. Service was completed in the time estimated. I will return for my next service. Thank you to Raymond!

I was very satisfied with my service. Raymond went above and beyond by answering all my questions with thoroughness and honesty, and promptly answering my calls (which were many). The process was supposed to take a full day, but he generously accommodated my needs and expedited the process so I was able to get my car back sooner. Go Raymond!
