I do understand the need to end complimentary car washing in time of drought… however, terminating the courtesy shuttle service for customers is a bad decision. Some of your faithful customers will look elsewhere for service, no longer feeling valued.

I don’t like being lied to, twice. Even though I was there for an hour I still didn’t get the service I needed, a F’n oil change. I’ll be going elsewhere.
Richer was very prompt in calling me when my car was ready and also informed me about my car’s battery before work was done . I was pleased with his service.
She did an excellent job of getting what I need. But the wait was 3 hours for a simple oil change. Not her fault.

I’m following up again on my Tundra TRD Pro brake repair, and I want to be very clear about how frustrated I am with how this has been handled.
I first brought up the brake vibration issue on September 10, 2024, and was told everything looked fine — despite no proper test drive being done. When I returned in April 2025, the issue again wasn’t taken seriously until I insisted the vehicle be driven under the right conditions. On April 3, 2025, I was told the brake repairs would be covered under warranty. Then, on April 4, I received a message saying the vehicle was “all serviced and ready” — even though the brake pads still hadn’t been replaced.
I followed up again on April 14, and was told the parts were on backorder. Now going into the third week, nothing has been resolved. I’ve repeatedly asked whether your team has contacted other dealerships or suppliers, and no one has confirmed that you’ve made any effort to do so. That should have been the first step.
While I will come pick up the truck, I’m extremely upset about the delay and especially the risk of rotor damage from continuing to drive it in this condition. I drive a steep downhill route twice a day, every day, and reported this issue over half a year ago. If this delay causes further damage, I expect Toyota to take full responsibility under warranty.
Please provide clear answers:
1. Have you contacted other dealerships or parts distributors to locate the brake pads?
2. When exactly are the parts expected to arrive?
3. If rotor damage occurs while I continue driving, will that also be covered under warranty?
I’d like a specific and detailed response — not a generic update.

While checking the car in was ok, getting the car afterwards wasn't a smooth process. After paying, I gave the ticket to one of the staff members. About 5 min later, someone else comes wanting to look at my paperwork. He then tells me to wait about 2 feet further away around the corner. The first staff member then comes to ask me where my car is and I said I don't know, I'm just told to wait. She then says omg you don't know? Has it gone missing? You think someone took it? While it might have been a joke, it's highly inappropriate after waiting over 3 hours.
As usual I was treated with respect, professionalism and efficiency
