I said I only wanted what was on the maintenance schedule for my car. There were items such as motor oil additives and a chemical flush that added an additional $80 and change to my bill and not part of any normal routine service i’ve gotten in the past there. I wasn’t happy at the lack of disclosure overall.

Eric Rodriguez was amazing. In addition to my toyota care service I had an issue with my headlight. Eric made sure I was informed and was very customer service oriented. He made the experience friendly and professional. Will request Eric for my next service.

There was a significant delay to use the Uber Voucher service as the service members were busy and I ended up being late to work. This was on top of learning that there is no longer a shuttle service, which I had not known since I was not informed properly on the website as the online appointment allowed for me to select this option to receive shuttle services. I am not satisfied with the service completely.
