There were billing issues that were resolved finally but were strange to say the least
Great customer service. I really appreciated the Uber ride home and the complimentary loaner car. That was really helpful since my car was a longer stay than I expected. Stephanie was great at keeping me updated also. Knowledgeable and efficient.
I thought the maintenance included an oil change but all they did was rotate the tires and your inspection and fill any fluids. I can do all that myself in about half an hour and it takes your team an hour. I find no real value in this service so probably won’t be coming back. After what I spent for my LandCruser I am very disappointed with the service. Last time I came in for a flat tire after 300 miles and I found out 2 hours in the tire balancing machine was broken. After waiting 2 hours for any information I had to go ask what was going on with my car and only when I got upset because I missed an important meeting did they offer a loaner car.
Ray was very professional
Ray was very polite when I drove up and in his office. He explained everything that was included in the oil change and also during the phone call telling me the car was ready, we discussed my air filter and they explained how that worked. He was understanding and thorough.
The only comment I have that would be negative is that when I called I specifically asked for the Toyota Tuesday special and the gentleman that took all my information and book my appointment and booked it for a different day. But Ray found it quickly and we moved on. Thank you.
Ray is always cool and very informative and thorough with issues I may have with my truck. I always try to schedule with Ray in the service department

After spending over a thousand dollars on my car, the stupid attendants could not find my car. Once found, they blamed it on the cashier. This is unacceptable and this type of service should not be tolerated. Your key mission is customer service and I did not get that. The service manger Frank did his best to find a discount for me, but I still paid over a thousand dollars for my car to only receive **** afterwards.
Eric Paulsen was amazing. He was the first to arrive to receive my vehicle 7am on Saturday morning as we previously agreed on the phone. He paid attention as to what needs to be done. I could see how dedicated and focused in getting the job right the first time. He also helped me paired a new key fob at the same time. I strongly recommend Eric Paulsen.
