I called to schedule and told the AI agent I wanted an oil change. I was very clear with that I only wanted an oil change. That message never made it to Eric - he thought I was there for a multi point inspection and no oil change. (A side note is I had spoken with one of your techs years before and we thought even with my low mileage changing the oil twice a year was good) I even told Eric that one of my regrets was not initially changing the oil in the original 5,000 miles. So imagine my surprise when the report was NO OIL CHANGE. Really! I called Eric and explained the situation. He was great and offered to make things right and do the work right away, etc. He was great and I appreciate that. This whole thing was because of stupid AI.

Eric was very helpful in explaining what the car needed. He also made sure the work was done in a timely manner as it turned out to be a busy day for me. And, he was gracious in assisting me in using Uber for the very first time!

The service took so long even when I made an appointment already, even when nothing much was made. I waited for almost 3 hours at the waiting room, and I was not informed how long the service will take when the advisor took my car in. The other time that I came for services was pretty fast and went smoothly, unlike this time.
I had a great experience at Toyota, and I want to especially thank Francisco Cerda for the excellent service. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure my visit was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customers, and Francisco definitely does.
