In the past few years, I have been very discouraged and frustrated with the lack of follow through with employees at South Coast. Ana came to my rescue. She provided exceptional service today. She is professional and follows through with her commitments to me. I am truly grateful for her personal help.

I was completely satisfied with Eric. He took the time to go over every detail. 5/5 stars!
The service manager who assisted me was nice, but, he was woefully uneducated when it came to providing estimates on repair costs. Example, a leaking timing chain compartment fix he told me would cost over $5k. Even I, a complete novice when it comes to car repair knew this was absurd. He further went on to tell me that the minor suspension fixes would require an additional $5k. All totaling $10k. I brought the 4Runner in for a multi-point inspection, not a rip off. Several Google searches and a visit to a certified Toyota repair shop (non dealership) confirmed the service tech was absolutely trying to rip me off. Good thing I walked away. Look, I get it. Times are tough. Money is made through hiking parts and labor costs. Toyotas are high in demand and very reliable. But you are hurting your brand, image and reputation if you charge/quote unreasonable prices for routine fixes. Do better South Coast Toyota. Seriously. I am not coming back for even an air freshener.

Eric has been the best advisor I have ever had at South coast Toyota. I have been an avid Toyota buyer and we have been at the dealership since 2007 and can tell you that he has been the most personable person I've met at a Toyota dealership. Keep up the great work!

Raymond was very courteous and professional. He promptly assisted getting my vehicle serviced and made the whole experience pleasant. It was my first time bringing my car in to get serviced and he made it easy for me and promptly got me when my car was finished.
I was told an hour and a half long wait and I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes for an Oil change I repeat an OIL CHANGE!!!
