Ray Carrera was excellent at helping me with my replacement mirror. It was ordered and two days later it was installed, as promised. Ray is a great service advisor, very knowledgeable, courteous and has great Guest Service. He deserves a raise. Thank you for the opportunity to experience South Coast Toyota!

Today’s service was excellent.
Stephanie did a decent job of keeping me posted on my repairs - but it was almost entirely incumbent on me checking in to proactively ask about when the vehicle would be completed (4 days).
Also there was a big miscommunication by Stephanie when I asked her on Monday afternoon if my Land Cruiser would be finished. It was supposed to be done by noon.
At 3:30 I still had NOT heard from her so I called. I got an automated text saying the truck was done then a follow up call by Stephanie. I specifically asked her if I could pay by check and she assured me I could. When I got there a manager would not allow it even though 30 mins prior I was assured I could. Huge over promise and under deliver by So Coast Toyota.

I have had Toyotas for a few decades now and have been to many dealerships for services, but there's no other service agent that has the upmost customer service, knowledge and professionalism like Ana Ochoa. She is actually the only agent we will ever deal with other than Jason the manager. We have been bringing all our family cars to South Coast only because of Ana & Jason. With this day and age Toyota should be so Lucky to have some upstanding service employees.

Ray was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of servicing my car. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with professionalism and made sure I felt taken care of. He clearly explained what services were needed, answered all of my questions with patience, and kept me informed about the progress. Ray made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Main reason I am not satisfied because:
- you stopped providing shuttle
- and stopped washing car after service
