Came in for a routine oil change and after leaving the dealership and driving less than 5 miles I parked at home and had motor oil pouring from the bottom front of the engine. Now I’m stranded with no transportation as I’m afraid to drive my vehicle. I called the dealership and the receptionist wasn’t able to get me to a manager. So now,I get to be stressed all night and hope someone can take care of it 1st thing in the morning. Please South Coast Toyota don’t leave me stranded!! I’ve been a customer of yours for two decades..

Frank from service was an amazing person. He helped me out. He was very polite. Very nice. I will go back again if I had to. He made me understand what the problem was, and he helped me and he was able to resolve my problem.
Frank was great but when I picked up my truck it was more dirty than when I dropped it off. Very disappointing.
