Ana and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. There were just a couple odd things. First when you check out you are asked to give an electronic signature with no review or reference to what you are signing. The other odd thing is that the display on my dash was not restored to how I had it set, how I like it. There are so many choices and display options I going to have to go to YouTube again and relearn how to restore the settings the way I like them. Other than those two items, I love my Camry and I am very happy with South Coast Toyota. It’s where I bought the Camry.
Raymond was very helpful, he got my service taken care of quickly and kept me informed throughout.

I meant to call Anna yesterday. I’m sure the service work was done properly as it was just an oil change. However for some reason they removed my floor mat (weather tech ) and dumped her all over the driver side floor board. Then left it resting up against the passenger front seat

I spent 9 hundred some dollars yesterday and I only get a lousy alarm without a key. I told Frank that I was there for getting an original key set with an alarm on and off but hey, tell you what! I got a lousy alarm set without a key. I hate to be there anymore.
