Won't use your service e again. Car wouldn't start next day. Had to tow in costing more.

I see the money-sucking Capital City Ford operation has infested what once was a quality service department. Had I just gone with your game plan, I would have forked over $2600 in just two visits. I have received at total of a 1% raise in my pension since I retired in 2014. I bought my car there, it has been serviced there. And now, customer loyalty means zero. You have seen the last of me and my car.

Over two hours for a scheduled oil change is silly. And they took the vehicle back right away.

I bought my Explorer at another location but choose to do service at Greenfield Capitol city because of Josh and the other employees .
