Noticed a “Customer Pay Shop Charge For Repair Order” charge of $4.17 on the invoice. Such a charge to the customer is ridiculous and uncalled for.
Repair was successful after a three week wait. But they lost the black plastic engine cover??? They are replacing it and hopefully will ship it to me at my home address in New Castle and save me a trip back over there. Thanks Dave Morgan
Went in for a noise I had not heard before and heard it for 1st time after my oil change. Service took my car in without ant waiting. I waited for results. Service told me they found my noise problem and fixed it. Ford had a oti e that this problem was in other cats. Service fixed my same problem without asking me and then wanted me to pay for fix. I said no and finally got service supervisor to agree to me not needing to pay. It was frustrating having to argue to get out of paying that I was not consulted on before service department went ahead a fixed my noise problem. I might have lived with noise if I knew cost would be $100 or there about.
As he was on previous service visits, Josh once again was very polite and was very thorough in explaining the condition of our vehicle and the items that needed to be addressed. Josh is the kind of employee that I would want at my dealership. He’s a “keeper”
