No one answers the phone to schedule service I called for three days. And body language and attitude was not professional when I drove to the store to get appointment for oil change. Your sales department is wonderful and I actually purchased a new car

Audrey Sego was fantastic. I am first time customer and searched the area for a Ford dealership with a good rating on Google. Yours at 4.5 stars is a record high for most car dealerships so I was expecting good service. I was able to get a 3pm appointment and showed up on time. Audrey had me in and out with a full synthetic oil change and 5-tire rotation in 70 minutes. Impressive since my engine probably didn’t even cool in that time. Very professional and highly recommended. I left a 5 star review on Google earlier. Keep up the great work.

When I first arrived, there were 5 Ford people at the entry area. There was 1 customer ahead of me. None of the Ford people greeted me. One did look at and made brief eye contact with me but said nothing. She went back to whatever she was doing. It appeared that she was being trained. I felt completely ignored. When one of the service reps became available, she just looked at me and didn’t say anything for a few beats. No smile. No “Can I help you?” I gave a look like, “Are you ready for me?” And she finally said something. She was friendly but not at all enthusiastic. My feeling: This is not a friendly place. They don’t really want me here. Waiting area: felt crowded it would be better to have a desk or table where I could work. WiFi code… was there one?? Nothing was posted and nobody said anything. Good: thank you for NOT having TV or radio going. It was quiet. Good coffee, once I found it.

Having the mobile service made the process so efficient. For previous recall service I felt punished for having bought my vehicle. It was so time consuming and disrespectful of my normal schedule. In this case I was accommodated perfectly. The service tech was prompt, efficient and professional. I have no notes or complaints. This was significantly the best service experience I have had with Capitol City Ford service.

Awesome service you all are the BEST. So helpful and friendly in my busy schedule I'm so thankful that Rick or someone can pickup my vehicle. I'm so blessed because you all take good care of me. Regina is a blessing also in making it happen in picking up the vehicle.And my service writer/technician Josh in making it happen he follows up he is a blessing ????. And Randy takes care of the issues and he goes that extra mile. All my vehicles only go out to Greenfield @ Capitol City. Thank goodness for everyone you have working there you are the BEST :-) family that goes that extra mile.
