Overall, I had a great experience with the service department. Audrey, my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. She made a stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I really appreciated her professionalism.

The only part of my experience that could have been better was the pickup process. I believe Audrey was out of the shop that week, so I completely understand she wasn't available. However, when I arrived, someone took my information, handed me my paperwork, and directed me to the cashier. I would have appreciated having another service advisor or someone from the service department briefly explain what had been repaired, go over the warranty, and answer any final questions before I left.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the repair and the professionalism of the service department. Thank you to Audrey and Evan for taking care of my truck.

I called to ask about a wiper blade and he informed me of the special you have going on. I pulled in, he was waiting for me to arrive, got the new wipers on, and I was out pretty quickly. It was almost like I was pulling up to my uncle's house. He was extremely friendly, personable, and professional.
