Josh went above and beyond with us. He explained our service contract completely, and he also helped with our 'lock' lug nuts being replaced with regular ones in case we have flat tire issues on road and problems with the locking ones. We never even thought of that, and would have been super stressed if it happened. We are very satisfied knowing that Josh, and others at Capital City Ford Greenfield, are there to assist us!
