The people are quite friendly and very accommodating. But after the third time getting this fixed, it’s still not working it’s still squeaking. I don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings, but did these people really know what they’re doing are they trained mechanics?

At the end of the service the advisor said it needed an airfilter and wipers but its outside ready. I was kinda taken back... to myself said ok ill go.. paid and left. Why wouldn't she tell me it need those things prior to parking it outside??? I would've agreed to let yall do it.. but since it was outside already and I couldn't imagine they could wrap ot up in 10 min...I did them myself later at home.. way to upsell!!! I have 3 trucks I'm building and it may sound dumb but the last thing I want to work on is my daily.

But whoever brought my truck back to my house, drove it through every mud hole down the lane when he could’ve drove around them now my truck has mud all over both sides. Other than that I guess great job.
The plastic molding around the gear shift box was broken during the part exchange. Also, this was supposed to be a mobile part exchange and turned into me taking it to the shop and it taking nearly half a day. Not that it's a huge deal, but don't provide mobile services if you can't fulfill that. They did provide a lender since I didn't have a vehicle for almost a full day. I probably won't come back for future services.
