I think you need to make sure whomever receives clients for services needs to listen very carefully. When asked to check something before running diagnostics to call. I paid for something I did not ask for, never received a phone call. I had to call 7hrs later to see if the car had its oil change. $260.00 later, all I wanted was an oil change. I paid the full amount after showing disgust. It would have been better if you just say it’s $200+ for oil change instead saying she said, you said. Your employee flat out lied. I am NEVER going to bring my Vehicle back for service at any of your locations. I’ve been a loyal Ford buyer for 35yrs, every car I’ve owned or bought for family members has been a Ford Vehicle.
I am impressed with Capital City Fords service and staff They seem to really care about pleasing their customers. We need more dealerships like Capital City, Ford! I will continue doing business with this business. Job well done! A+!
